Alessandro graduated from New York University with a dual degree in History and Urban Design/Architecture Studies. The following year he completed a master’s degree in Historical and Sustainable Architecture from NYU in London focusing his thesis on the adaptive reuse of historic buildings in Peckham.
With over eight years of experience in the built environment, Alessandro has worked with a wide variety of firms in London providing specialist heritage and townscape services to promote and manage change within the historic environment. This includes evaluating townscape character and views, producing Heritage Statements and design advice, and the production of Heritage, Townscape and Visual Impact Assessments. Alessandro trusts his ability to identify the constraints and opportunities presented by sensitive sites, and how to promote both reuse and new development in a creative and calculated manner to ensure successful outcomes.
