Camden Town Xchange is a mixed-use redevelopment in the heart of Camden Town, delivering affordable homes, student accommodation and a new cultural venue. Designed by AHMM, the scheme restores the historic Parkway façade and introduces active frontages and public realm improvements to create a safer, more vibrant town centre.

WHAT WE DID:

We provided the Heritage, Townscape and Visual Impact Assessment (HTVIA) and supported the consultation process, helping to shape a design-led proposal that responds sensitively to the historic context while contributing positively to Camden Town’s evolving townscape.

OUTCOME:

Consented in December 2025
