Emma joined The Townscape Consultancy in 2021. Through past experience in Project Management working out of London, Sydney and the Middle East, Emma found a passion for enhancing the professional experience and process improvement through the initiation and adaptation of systems and procedures; ensuring efficiency and productivity.

As Head of Operations, she provides support to the Managing Directors and the wider Townscape Consulting team.
