Emma joined The Townscape Consultancy in 2021. During 15 years’ experience in Project Management working out of London, Sydney and the Middle East, Emma found a passion for enhancing personal experience and process improvement through the initiation and adaptation of systems and procedures.

As Operations Manager, she provides support to the Managing Directors and the wider Townscape Consulting team.
