The Townscape Consultancy provided townscape, heritage and visual impact advice for the latest redevelopment proposals at Argenta House, Argenta Way, opposite Stonebridge Park Station. The approved scheme, brought forward by Argenta House (Stonebridge Park) LLP, a partnership between Latimer / Clarion Housing Group and Cervidae, will deliver a 100% affordable residential development, with ground-floor commercial use and public realm improvements. Our work considered the implications of a taller, reworked scheme within the evolving Stonebridge Park townscape, including its relationship with nearby transport infrastructure, the River Brent/Wembley Brook corridor and the wider cluster of emerging tall buildings. Brent Planning Committee resolved to grant permission in November 2025.
