This mixed use scheme proposes the redevelopment and regeneration of a group of former industrial sites in the Elder Street Conservation Area in Spitalfields, close to a number of listed buildings in a sensitive townscape context. The proposals included the refurbishment of historic warehouses, new office and residential buildings, and new and enhanced areas of public realm.
