Ossory Road & Credon House
London Borough of SouthwarkTwo schemes within one project, Ossory Road and Credon House developments contribute to the regeneration of Old Kent Road, delivering new homes while retaining the area’s light industrial and commercial space.
The scheme at 2-10 and 14-22 Ossory Road comprises two buildings of 12 and 13 storeys, providing 465 rooms of student housing alongside 2,5oo sqm of light industrial and commercial workspace. The 14-storey redevelopment of Credon House on Verney Road will deliver 26 much-needed new social rent homes.
Both schemes would contribute positively to the emerging character of the townscape around Old Kent Road, satisfying Southwark’s desire for high quality design and the evolution of the townscape in the area.
