105 Victoria Street is a 495,000 sq. ft freehold mixed-use development on an island site in Victoria, comprising a department store, retail unit and nine office floors. It sits between the Westminster Cathedral, Birdcage Walk and Peabody Estates conservation areas, opposite Westminster City Hall. The developmentā€™s scale, form and expression respond directly to this sensitive historic context. It is one of several projects that aim to rejuvenate Victoria Street, and its design prioritises high-quality and sustainable design.
