105 Victoria Street is a 495,000 sq. ft freehold mixed-use development on an island site in Victoria, comprising a department store, retail unit and nine office floors. It sits between the Westminster Cathedral, Birdcage Walk and Peabody Estates conservation areas, opposite Westminster City Hall. The development’s scale, form and expression respond directly to this sensitive historic context. It is one of several projects that aim to rejuvenate Victoria Street, and its design prioritises high-quality and sustainable design.
