It sits between the Westminster Cathedral, Birdcage Walk and Peabody Estates conservation areas, opposite Westminster City Hall. The developmentās scale, form and expression respond directly to this sensitive historic context. It is one of several projects that aim to rejuvenate Victoria Street, and its design prioritises high-quality and sustainable design.
