With a principal frontage to Tottenham Court Road with its mixed townscape of robust commercial buildings from nineteenth century onwards, this new development also lies close to the more refined and visually sensitive environment of the Grade I listed Bedford Square.  Careful digital modelling and assessment demonstrated that there would be no harmful effects on what is arguably the finest of London’s Georgian Squares.  The new building is clad in glazed terracotta to the main road and facing brickwork to the rear where it faces a mews.
