The Townscape Consultancy provided townscape, heritage and visual impact advice for the retrofit and extension of 65 Gresham Street. Designed by Squire & Partners for JP Morgan Asset Management, the consented scheme reuses the existing building to deliver a sustainable, all-electric office development with new upper floors, terraces, retail space and public realm improvements. Our work helped support a balanced approach to increased height and massing within the sensitive townscape of the City of London. Planning permission was granted in January 2024.
