A new 28 storey office building at London Bridge, including a multilevel public space at its base with retail uses. This faces a new pocket park on St Thomas Street. The scheme replaces an existing late-20th century office building. The new building and public realm are designed to take into account the effects on the setting of the adjacent Bermondsey Street Conservation Area, as well as the setting of a number of other heritage assets, including the Tower of London World Heritage Site. The TVIA included consideration of a number of London View Management Framework views.
