A new office development on Berkeley Square, including flexible retail and public realm improvements. It replaces an existing late-20th century office building with a north frontage to the square. Lansdowne House lies within the Mayfair Conservation Area, and a number of listed buildings lie in the vicinity of the site. The scale, form and expression of the new building respond directly to this sensitive historic context.
