The Glasshouse Walk scheme in Lambeth involves the redevelopment of 7 Glasshouse Walk in Vauxhall into a new hall of residence for the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Recently approved by the London Borough of Lambeth Planning Committee, the scheme includes student accommodation and a ground floor incubator space for social science businesses — the first of its kind in the UK. This space is expected to deliver socio-economic benefits to the local area and contribute positively to the Vauxhall neighbourhood. Our team provided townscape and heritage advice, ensuring the development responds appropriately to its context.
