The Townscape Consultancy prepared an addendum townscape, heritage and visual impact report for changes to the approved masterplan at the former Homebase site, 706–720 High Road, Goodmayes. Designed by Stockwool for Fairview Estates, the mixed-use scheme forms part of the wider regeneration of Goodmayes, delivering new homes, commercial and community uses, and improved public realm. Our addendum assessed the townscape, visual, and heritage implications of the proposed amendments, including height increases to the approved towers and their relationship to the evolving High Road streetscape, nearby heritage assets, and the wider approved masterplan.
