A regeneration of Southwark’s Ledbury Estate, off the Old Kent Road.  The scheme re-provides the existing 224 homes in both tall buildings, which satisfy residents’ wishes to retain their fantastic views across London, and in lower buildings which step down more appropriately to meet nearby heritage assets while allowing a more integrated public realm.
