A new mixed-use masterplan of five buildings, gathered around two courtyards, on the site of the former Royal National Throat, Nose and Ear Hospital, in the Kings Cross St Pancras Conservation Area. The project comprises a new hotel created from the original 1870s hospital building and a new thirteen storey building set behind it, arranged around a covered courtyard, as well as a new seven story office building which will provide flexible office space for a variety of tenants, with two floors of specialised laboratory-enabled space fit for knowledge quarter uses. It also includes two new residential buildings on Wicklow and Swinton Street. 330 Gray’s Inn Road won a 2022 New London Award in the mixed use category.
