A sensitive retrofit and extension of a late 20^th century office building located on the south bank, beside the Grade 1 listed Southwark Cathedral and within the Borough High Street Conservation Area. The public realm between Minerva House and Southwark Cathedral will be significantly enhanced and a new cut-through across the site for the Thames Path will be opened up. Our assessment included analysis of the scheme’s effect on protected riverside views of the Cathedral.
