The project consisted of the redevelopment of an outdated shopping centre to provide a new residential quarter off Penge High Street, with 230 high-quality homes (including 35% affordable), new commercial and community uses, substantial public realm, and a sustainable transport hub.

We advised the team, a joint venture between Hadley and Clarion, through the design and pre-application process up to the submission of an HTVIA. The scheme was consented in March 2024.
