Royal Brunswick Park

London Borough of Barnet

This large masterplan, for the site of an existing business park in north London, proposes 1200 new homes and a secondary school, set in substantial area of green landscape.  The proposed mid rise buildings, mostly in the form of courtyard blocks set amongst large areas of green landscape, contrast with their low rise suburban surroundings, creating a new place with its own character.  The scheme was approved by the Secretary of State, agreeing with the Inspector’s recommendations, after a public inquiry.
