Redevelopment of the 1.7-acre former Debenhams department store site in Guildford. It will deliver two buildings, comprising 185 private and affordable dwellings and 21,000 sq ft of retail and restaurant space. It will reconnect the High Street to the River Wey, through the delivery of almost an acre of biodiverse public realm, including a new riverside walk and pocket park. The development is currently under construction.
