This project comprises a sensitive retrofit and extension to a 1980s office building in Westminster. The site is close to the Vincent Square Conservation Area and adjacent to the Grade II* listed Church of St. Stephen. The proposal’s façade and character are a contemporary interpretation of the existing building on site, upgrading it with materials and a colouration that respond to its sensitive heritage and the townscape of the immediate context.
