65 Crutched Friars, City of London

City of London

A 21 storey mixed-use scheme adjacent to the Lloyd’s Avenue Conservation Area in the City of London, designed by 3XN Architects for Dominus Group. The principal use is student accommodation, and the intention is that the building will also host the Migration Museum. Roof terraces are proposed at the upper levels. Our assessment included analysis of the scheme’s contribution to the City skyline, and its effect on the setting of the Tower of London World Heritage Site, including London View Management Framework views from Queen’s Walk and Tower Bridge.
