A new office-led mixed use building of 6 to 21 storeys, providing flexible workspaces with internal break spaces and roof terraces. The building is planned around a centrally located east-west internal ‘street’ and atrium. The architecture references 19^th and early 20^th century warehouse development of South Shoreditch. The scheme retains the façades of a former warehouse building at no.56 Wilson Street. Our assessment included an analysis of the scheme’s effect on the setting of adjacent heritage assets, including a Grade II listed Georgian Terrace lying opposite the Site, and three local conservation areas: Sun Street, South Shoreditch, and Bunhill Fields & Finsbury Square.
