Proposals retain and sensitively lift the existing historic facades to improve frontage onto New Bond Street and contribution to the Mayfair conservation area, restoring and enhancing the historic shopfronts. The new offices will be accessed from Brook Street into a light filled and landscaped atrium running through the tiered office levels, with generous landscaped amenity terraces at upper levels.
